Visit us in person for a FREE drop-in session. Bring any paperwork you are concerned about so we can get started.

We will keep meeting with you right through until everything is sorted, no matter how long it takes. While you still want to get out of debt or get your money issues sorted, we’ll keep helping.

Who Are We?
We are part of the national charity ‘Community Money Advice’ as one of 170 centres nationwide. We run from a local church (Riverside Church Birmingham).
We are staffed by Christian volunteers, all trained to a national standard of debt advice. You can expect honesty, care, commitment, and a holistic approach that looks after you as a whole person.
How We Can Help
- General money advice.
- Drawing up a list of income and expenditure.
- Establish what finance is available, and help with prioritising expenditure.
- Arranging Debt Management Plans, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Bankruptcies and Debt Relief Orders.
- Providing support to respond to creditors or demands.
- Checking that the correct benefits are being received.

We do not offer advice on PIP/DLA unless part of a debt advice journey.

Our service is focused on Birmingham residents living in the B5, B11, B12, B13 and B14 postcodes. If you’re outside this area, call us for alternative help.
