Our team is made up of advisers, bakers, supporters, administrators, welcomers, chaplains, second-advisers, appointment-makers, interviewers, researchers and advocates.

Full training and support is provided, at our cost, to help you thrive and discover how to use your gifts and talents best.

While you are with us and enjoying being part of our team, and we’re loving having you with us, then long may the music last! If there is a change of circumstances for you, don’t worry, we’re not asking you to sign a contract or guarantee a length of service with us. Think of us as a ‘try-out’ that you can extend for as long as you want.
